Manage team members, roles, and permissions in your workspace.
Team Overview
View Team Members
- Go to Settings → Team
- See all workspace members
- View their roles and status
Managing Members
Invite Members
- Click + Invite Member
- Enter email address(es)
- Select a role
- Click Send Invite
Inviting: john@company.com
Role: Editor
Message: "Welcome to the team! Let me know if you have questions."
Pending Invitations
Track outstanding invites:
- Click Pending Invites tab
- See who hasn't accepted
- Resend or Cancel invites
Remove Members
- Find the member
- Click the ⋮ menu
- Select Remove from workspace
- Confirm removal
Access Revoked
Removed members immediately lose access. Their automations remain but ownership transfers to workspace admins.

Change a Member's Role
- Find the member
- Click their current role
- Select new role
- Confirm change
Custom Roles
Create roles tailored to your needs:
Create Custom Role
- Go to Settings → Team → Roles
- Click + New Role
- Name the role (e.g., "Support Agent")
- Select permissions:
- Automations: View, Run
- Connections: None
- Resources: View
- Settings: None
- Click Save
Assign Custom Role
- Edit a team member
- Select your custom role
- Save changes
Teams and Groups
Organize members into groups:
Create a Group
- Go to Settings → Team → Groups
- Click + New Group
- Name: "Engineering"
- Add members
- Save
Use Groups
- Assign permissions to groups
- Share resources with groups
- Filter by group in lists
Activity Log
Track team actions:
- Go to Settings → Team → Activity
- See recent actions:
- Who logged in
- What was created/edited
- Settings changes

Security Settings
Enforce Two-Factor Authentication
- Go to Settings → Security
- Enable Require 2FA for all members
- Set grace period for compliance
Session Timeout
Configure auto-logout:
IP Allowlist
Restrict access to specific IPs:
- Enable IP Allowlist
- Add allowed IP addresses/ranges
- Members can only login from allowed IPs
Best Practices
Do
- Use the principle of least privilege
- Review team access quarterly
- Enable 2FA for all members
- Remove access promptly when people leave
- Use groups for easier management

- Giving everyone admin access
